Sumitomo Corporation and BRG Group have obtained investment permission from the Vietnamese Government in FY2018 and have obtained approval for Phase 1 masterplan revision in FY2023. After applying for investment permission, we established the project implementing company North Hanoi Smart City Development Investment JSC (NHSC), and we are studying of establishing Town Management Company. We are also coordinating with the Japanese Government. The project has been chosen as a demonstration project by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and we will proceed the project with receiving support from the Japanese Government.
